Local rivals locked horns once again for the second time in recent weeks and this time it was the home side who came out deserved winners in this Intermediate cup tie.
Tandragee set the tempo as early as the second minute but Stephen Croft got down low to save at the near post and on the 5 minutes they had a good shout for a penalty but this was waved away.
Then on 12 minutes DFC went in front when a superb ball from the returning Scott Adams sent Scott McCordick through and he beautifully lobbed the home keeper and same player few minutes later from almost identical position after a great through ball from Glenn Hand but this time the keeper got down well to smother his shot.
In the second half Tandragee upped their game with much more verosity and DFC failed to match this effort right across the pitch and on 52 minutes it was all square when Bicker converted a penalty after an apparent handball decision.
Chris Coleman and Andy McMath were then replaced by the returning Jake Redpath after 13 week injury and Josh Norton but still the home team were first to every ball and Harper hit the post from fully 30 yards.
Then in the final 10 minutes a harsh free kick outside the area was punished when Tandragee scored direct into the top corner.
Marc Davidson was then sacrificed for striker Nathan Lavery in last few minutes but the home team held out for a deserved victory.
